• There are weekly and monthly draws. There is also a grand draw at the end of the promo period. Please see the schedule below.

• All of your accumulated raffle entries will be valid for all draws as long as you are successfully registered and have an active subscription.
• All winning entries will be deducted from the subscriber’s pool of entries and will no longer be qualified for succeeding draws.

• Announcement of winners will be via SMS, Call, Email and on socials.

• Cignal / Pilipinas Live and CPlay Load and E-Wallet prizes will be sent to your verified email address.
• All other prizes can be collected from Cignal HQ, 5th Floor Launchpad, located at the corner of Reliance and Sheridan Streets in Mandaluyong City. Please remember to bring a printed copy of the email confirming your win, a printed image of your STB’s serial number, and two valid IDs.
• Prizes drawn without confirmation after 1 month from call-out will be forfeited.
• Prizes should be redeemed/claimed within 60 days after confirmation. Otherwise, the prize is forfeited.
• Tax of prizes over Php 10,000 shall be shouldered by CignalTV.
• Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.
